I called to see if they could fix a nail in my tire and they said yes if I got there quick and that they had a couple cars in front of me. I get there to be told I didn’t call or the guy would've told me he can’t do it. I showed him the number I called and he said it wasn’t their phone number. I call the number back while still there and the guy I’m talking to answered..: like why lie? I wouldn’t have rushed my 3 kids in the car to get there had he just said no one the phone. I am so like shocked about the lying of the phone number. Would not recommends

Josh and the rest of the crew at the shop are top notch. Super knowledgeable about any type of car issue, no matter the year, no matter the car. Everyone here is very kind and will listen to you complain about things that make you nervous about your vehicle and tell you if it’s a problem or if it’s normal and ease your mind. Also, great prices and good coupons all the time. Also a great brand new remodel for the waiting area and the service desks! PS: if you have a Jeep XJ (or anything like that) Josh is your guy!

Last night one of the my splash shields half-peeled off of the car and was dragging on the pavement. I am not a car person, I had no clue what was hanging off of my car! My dad was a car person, my dad passed away last month. Ever since he died it feels like so many things have been happening to beat me while I'm down. I had a job to get to an hour away the next morning and hardly any money to spare for a repair. It was one of my breaking points, I was overwhelmed and in tears. I tried Midas first thing in the morning with my problem, explaining the situation and my grief. Instead of real courtesy I was met with the unflexability of the real world: they would not look at my car until possibly just before closing regardless of how much of an emergency this was for me. I got told to either drop the vehicle off and go home (I was alone) or I could go elsewhere to be told the same thing. Mind you, I was leaving with something dragging on the pavement from the undercarriage of my vehicle. So I went to Pep Boys. Everyone here is extremely nice and professional. I had a large piece hanging from the bottom of my car and they got me in, fixed, and out in 20 minutes. I definitely will be back again 🙂

My experience was amazinggg. In an emergency we had to find quick help in replacing our tire. Josh and Chris helped us out and were super friendly. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area and need help.
